Anthony Aguilar Is A Social Construct, Not A Hero

If you have been following the Israel/Gaza war deeply, you may be familiar with a man known as Anthony Aguilar. He has been presented to the press and the public as somebody who witnessed security forces from the US/Israeli side committing war crimes at aid sites. The press branded him a “whistleblower” for his public testimony on the subject as well. However, if you inspect him as a person, or an online character at this point, you will find that not much about his story adds up. Keep in mind, that I believed the Palestinians about the Witkoff Massacres when they were first reported.

The fact that investigation into Aguilar’s story is viewed as somehow siding with the aggressors, proves that this is a propaganda campaign, not a genuine or authentic effort on behalf of a man who wants to see the right thing be done.

You believe Aguilar because you want to believe him.a

Not because he is credible in any way shape or form.

Result 4: IMDb page for a different Anthony Aguilar, an actor/writer/producer whose profile touts that at age 17 he joined the U.S. Navy, and “was set to become either an officer or because of his language aptitude, a cryptologic technician, ‘code breaker.’”

Result 5: PBS story from August 1, 2025 about the so-called GHF whistleblower

Other Anthony Aguilars Exist, Obviously, But This Follows A Pattern

Various results after that include a golfer profile for a professional golfer with the same name, the Bernie Sanders Facebook post which was essentially a campaign ad with this guy in it, and the final result for page (1) was a funeral home obituary for a guy with the same name.

There is not even a Wikipedia page for this Anthony Aguilar.

What’s especially strange about that, is I’ve studied other synthetic personalities like this, including John J. Ray III from FTX, who was a construct. But, whoever was ultimately responsible for that operation had the foresight to create a self-referential Wikipedia page within a day or so of his coming-out. Yet, the team behind Aguilar clearly did not think of that or get around to it and neither did any member of the press or public. Nobody wants to validate or verify this person, yet he was paraded around the media for about a week (and still doing hits) presenting himself as a witness.

0 Social Media Presence, Then A Viral Sensation, Does Not Happen Anymore

In the old days, like 20+ years ago, “virality” online happened in a much more organic way than it does now. The main reason for this is the fact that as the internet was evolving, and networks of socially used platforms like Facebook were being formed out of the message board era, they were learning how to monetize the time and attention people were pouring into it. That meant the powers that be allowed things to happen more often, and then learn from it, rather than capitalization on every single impression. You had more genuine people becoming pseudo-celebrities.

But those people did not become “influencers.”

Their time in the metaphorical sun was limited.

Over time the advertising mechanisms got built in, which meant that money bought attention, and better or more creative ideas that had less money behind it became viewed as less credible or less valuable. I have suffered from this misconception for a decade because of my refusal to play the game of buying attention in the same way. So with that all in mind, just know that a person without a social media presence does not become a sensation naturally, nor do they become famous just because they’re good at something.

An Invisible Man, With An Invisible Plan

The Anthony Aguilar were are being told witnessed war crimes in Gaza, has no discernible social media accounts.

There is no real media about him other than possibly that image from 2006.

Anthony Aguilar’s Impossible Rise In Rank

Fake personas, and propaganda pawns like Aguilar would not possible if not for the broken nature of major news outlets.

Negligence and wilful sloppiness, to me, is unethical and also amoral. It should also be bad for business. Sadly, it is not.

The BBC Started It

The BBC first reported on Aguilar, on July 25, 2025, and claimed he was “a retired US special forces officer.” What is the evidence that this man who has been presented to the media and the public – named Anthony Aguilar – achieved the rank he claims he did? That means there is no verification or authentication that this man called Anthony Aguilar ever achieved a rank beyond what he achieved in 2006.

No evidence that he was ever a Green Beret has even been presented by himself.

Democracy Now Is Subverting Honest Journalism

On July 29, 2025, Amy Goodman of Democracy Now offered Aguilar, in her interview, the following, “Anthony Aguilar is a retired lieutenant colonel who served for 25 years in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Green Beret.” This is demonstrably false, if Aguilar is the man in the DoD picture, because he was absolutely not that high of a rank at the time. Therefore he could not have been that high of a rank for 25 years. This lie has never been retracted nor cleared up, and it continued to cause mass confusion.

Again, he was nowhere near a Green Beret in 2006. The image of him calling him a Ranger was not verified by anybody, either.

Maybe PBS Should Get Defunded If They’re Going To Do Reporting Like This

By August 1st, PBS had branded him a “whistleblower.” Reporter Nick Schifrin offered Aguilar in the interview, the following presentation of Aguilar’s credentials, “You are a retired Army Special Forces lieutenant colonel, Green Beret, and the Army sent me a list of your deployments, Iraq, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Jordan, and the Philippines.”

This is a slippery statement, but if you break it down, it is possible Aguilar was deployed in those countries – though you should doubt the voracity of that at this point actually – and PBS distributed the lies of their colleagues.

Did this Anthony Aguilar serve in the military at all?

It seems he did.

Was he a Ranger, Green Beret, or any kind of Special Forces?

It seems he was not.

Too many members of the press merchandised this story without fact-checking it.

The Danger of Retarding Your Understanding of What a Whistleblower Actually Is

After a few days of doing media hits, crafting the persona of Anthony Aguilar as some kind of reputable military hero who came out of retirement to feed starving Gazanas, he was being called a “whistleblower.” For those people who care about the victims of this atrocity – the Palestinians who were killed while trying to reach aid – a whistleblower whose claims are unofficial or have no teeth, don’t matter.

In fact, if you believe Anthony Aguilar is a whistleblower, you are a retard.

You are retarding the understanding of what a whistleblower is.

What Is A Whistleblower, and Why Should You Care

A whistleblower is a person who witnessed and/or has evidence of wrongdoing, that brings their claim to an official entity like a government organization or court, to instigate litigation to cause real accountability.

A whistleblower is not just some person who hires or gets cast by a public relations firm to capture the narrative surrounding the Witkoff Massacres in Palestine.

Anthony Aguilar has no litigation against GHF or the IDF. Nor has GHF sued him which is perhaps an even more incredible development. Despite incredibly inflammatory and seemingly damaging information being shared in public, GHF has not – despite being incredibly well funded and backed – decided to ruin this man’s life or even try to.

Remember this is a person with no social media presence, who reporters verified based on his own claims, stock photos, and prior reporting which actually validated his claims. It is being presented now as if the Palestinians – who are victims of something that happened in the past – are secondary characters in the story of this American whistleblower. He is not a whistleblower. His role is to create an environment of disbelief around the Witkoff Massacres. That is the net effect of his presence. 

Bernie Sanders, Shaun King, and Other Misinformation Laundromats

Shaun King is known for being involved with highly sensationalized media characters who are fabricated with misinformation, like George Floyd. He has involved himself in a lot of political events including elections, awareness raising events, and things of that nature. His connections with Bernie Sanders as some kind of advisor are well documented and openly known.

So, it should be of no surprise, that almost immediately after the BBC broke the story about Aguilar, King was on the case promoting it as fact.

Days later, after it was politically more acceptable, Bernie Sanders released a bizarre video on his YouTube page and social media channels, of Anthony Aguilar in a black and white artsy video telling his story – yet again – with Bernie Sanders’ brand in the corner. As if to say, the message was sponsored in part by Bernie Sanders.

When these people are the most seemingly authoritative voices promoting an idea, you should be ultimately skeptical – of them – but do not allow that to erode your belief and agreement that something bad happened to the Gazans.

This Was My Breaking Point With Breaking Points

Saagar Enjeti and Krystal Ball’s “independent” media outlet is full of political junkies who produce a high volume of content. They are aligned with known frauds like Ken Klippenstein, which has been a bothersome subject for me since I realized Klippenstein has as a large part of his business, work fabricating manifestos for suspected killers. I also got really annoyed when Krystal Ball used her time with Senator Slotkin to grandstand as if Ball is running for office, instead of force action out of the Senator.

These people are not unique.

They are the same as the major “mainstream media” they claim to be different than and they are in no way differentiated from their right-wing counterparts. Or other left-wing (or split-party) outlets. But, at times, they have participated in the promotion of incredibly damaging stories and falsehoods. Enjeti and Ball routinely get humiliated by constantly patting themselves on the back for being “correct” or early to promote certain stories – when things do not go their way – but that also isn’t too novel.

However, Green Beret Gaza Whistleblower: Israel’s War Is ‘ANNIHILATION’ – this video was the last straw.

The man is not a verified Green Beret, and they could have known that if they read the news as well as I do.

He is not a whistleblower, even if they want him to be.

Yet the events he is describing absolutely are to be believed.

Yet the public, the press, and our political class is often too stupid and financially compromised to be able to understand or agree with what I’m saying.

What Actually Happened With Regards To The Witkoff Massacres?

From my research in retrospect, June 1, 2025 was the first public reporting of these events, in Middle East Eye: Morning update. At this time, the events had not yet been branded. It was just said that, “Israeli forces shot and killed at least 31 Palestinians at US-backed aid distribution sites in Rafah and Gaza City.” Another bullet point on the page was, “Hamas has proposed key changes to a US-backed Gaza ceasefire proposal, which US envoy Steve Witkoff has dismissed as “unacceptable”.”

The next day, June 2, 2025: Nation of Change: ‘The Witkoff Massacre’: Israeli forces kill scores at Gaza aid site backed by U.S. and IDF.

I did not hear about this story for about a week.

However, before Donald Trump was even inaugurated I pointed out a glaring problem with the President’s foreign policy of using an “envoy” (no legal distinction here) that was not Senate-confirmed. On January 15, 2025, I wrote, “Is The Middle Eastern Ceasefire For Sale?” At the time, I could imagine that if ceasefire were for sale that means war itself was also on the bidding table. I will not say that I predicted the aid sites being used for these malicious purposes. But, I did put Witkoff in the scope of attention, of the world, about the real reason he was meeting Netanyahu in January.

On June 12, 2025, Muslim Matters: The Witkoff Massacre: Slaughter Of Starving Palestinians Undercuts Trump Pretensions. I followed up on June 14, 2025 with,: “Witkoff’s War Never Should Have Happened,” going even further to essentially blame him for the entire war as it stood.

Who Benefits From Anthony Aguilar Stealing Spotlight From Palestinian Victims?

The Palestinians lose with Anthony Aguilar stealing their spotlight. They are the victims here. Their struggle to get actionable attention is unending whenever media whores like Aguilar or Krystal Ball and these others use these horrible situations to further their own careers as their first and only directive. They do not have any answers or even the skills necessary to stop what is happening. Their ignorant viewpoint of everything involved is so granular and academic, which shows their distance from it.

Though to you, GHF and UG Solutions look terrible, there are people around the world who appreciate the cruelty with which these actions are taken.

So, Anthony Aguilar is actually just advertising them.

He is forcing their name into the consciousness of the world, as a horrible and aggressive force, who can get away with it with impunity.

Claiming that he is raising awareness, without any actual accountability attached to it, is ultimately a net negative for Palestinians, GHF goes on undeterred, no legal accountability is introduced, victims get no compensation, and Aguilar gets some fame.

Without a P.R. firm, it is impossible that this man would have gotten on all of these podcasts. It is highly unlikely that anybody would do that without getting paid, and therefore you have to wonder who funded this media hit. 

Sanders?

His constituents – outside of Vermont?

If you care about the Palestinian people, it is your obligation to undo the damage done by Aguilar.

If you do not, he will actually take down the legitimacy of the public’s perception of the Witkoff Massacres, and more will continue.

What The Media Can Do, Compared To What I Can Do

YOU cannot bring this war to an end.

I could.

Donald Trump will not.

Netanyahu will not.

The media is going to keep talking about whatever they are presented. Those in the media like some of the people I’ve mentioned and their colleagues, claim that they are somehow some kind of activists – but they are very inactive – so the reality is; plans are necessary. New ideas. Things that haven’t been tried. I have successfully changed the course of history multiple times over the last 5 years and many many times this year.

For too many people in the media on broadcast channels, this is a job.

They are taking an international issue, which is of national importance, and manufacturing personal care or concern about it.

I have been getting sold the lies of Netanyahu’s vision of zionist imperialism since I was a child, in synagogue.

I protested the purchase of bonds on the basis of supporting settlements in places like Gaza, the West Bank, etc.

When it was available, I went on Taglit to visit Israel.

My refusal to participate in the financing of their government, has caused an incredible amount of tribulation between me and others in my family. My moral stance has cost me a lot. Incredible retaliation, not just based on this – but in part – which also alienates me from other Jews. 

To me this is personal, an issue which has become a national concern – because of international pressure – yet too many other people with no stake in it steal attention.

My Contribution Has Already Begun Shaping Palestinian Statehood, But Without Me It Won’t Happen

The moral arguments against what Israel is doing are obvious. Easy to get. Even easier to perform. Yet, have you noticed, that those moral arguments have not stopped the horrors? At what point do you consider that something other than your emotional outburst might be required in order to stop a violence that is unimaginable?

In June, after learning about the Witkoff Massacres, when Trump was at a NATO Summit, I blew up his spot by identifying Barron Trump and Steve Witkoff as vulnerable legally speaking: NATO Summit and The Palestinian People vs Barron Trump. My argument was that the Palestinians needed to scrounge up legal precedent in their own court(s) – if any exist – and/or to push their case through other Islamic courts or courts in other nations; against World Liberty Financial – the entity I believe is financing a relationship between Trump and Netanyahu.

Barron Trump is listed as a member of this company, and he is over the age of 18.

I believe my argument boiled down to something like, if children are being sacrificed in Gaza actually, Barron can withstand a lawsuit for being a war criminal.

This eventually pushed through the international system (since I sent my article to people attending the NATO Summit and Congress and American press) – and now we see mealy mouthed claims of “recognition” of Palestinian statehood – with no border recommendations (that I’ve seen) or anything else which would make it enforceable.

Yet, it is an absolute movement now.

The path forward will require creativity, and a devotion to peace, that no other person on Earth possesses but me.

Donald Trump Is NOT “The Only One” Who Can Do Anything

When it comes to settling war in Gaza, Ukraine, and other places on Earth, both sides of the aisle in the political sphere and press, act as if only Donald Trump can do this. It has been proven already that he cannot and/or will not.

The narrative that Trump could stop this “with one phone call” is also a Disney movie version of reality. It is not true. Netanyahu could not even stop this with one phone call or order. The forces at play which are actually funding this are not as simple as people like Breaking Points and Tucker Carlson want you to think. It’s more complicated than they know, which is why they want you to think it’s as simple as it is to them. If not, it would mean the end of their careers – which it should.

Rashida Tlaib and the Subversive Anti-Judaic Agenda

Under the Aguilar incident, and through my work outlining legal strategies which could bring about a lasting peace – not just a ceasefire – are people like Bernie Sanders who claim to be anti-war but who don’t even educate his own followers about the situation as it stands. We covered some of his involvement in the Aguilar situation, but his bill to “block” weapons sales was a fool’s errand.

One of his acolytes, Rashida Tlaib, is also conspicuously inept and ineffective at doing anything at all. She has not doing nearly as much as I have on this issue – already – and yet people view her as an answer to something. She is not the answer to what you think she is, and she is the answer to something else. A sinister, and dark alliance that is destroying the idea of Judaism, and the concept of the state of Israel. That’s the goal.

Rashida Tlaib is a Palestinian Congresswoman, and an attorney, who has provided services in the past for those who can’t afford them. Yet she did not (and still has not actually) provide any legal solutions – besides backing Bernie Sanders’ impossible bill to “block” weapons sales which were already committed to in 2016 under Obama/Biden. Trump was just carrying this out in his first term.

Hasan Piker Should Be Liberated From Liberalism’s “Leftist” Wing

In this video: Hasan Piker Interviews Rashida Tlaib At The DSA National Convention you can watch her attempt to flirt with “Piker,” as she calls him, and defend her party’s lack of effectiveness. She never talks about a legal solution. All she says is that a total embargo of weapons is the only policy. However, she has no solution to actually enforcing that. Not even a way to trickle off the supply. She never mentions the MOU.

Trump was just carrying out Obama/Biden’s policy in 2017 – 2021.

Biden carried out his original deal during his term.

Trump is continuing it still.

What Congress Can Do, They Won’t Do, If You Don’t Demand It Specifically

Congress could do something about it, but they won’t – especially since nobody in the public has mentioned what it is – except me.

What I’ve said is that if people like Tlaib were serious, they would risk their entire political career on voting to renege on this 10 year MOU.

It wouldn’t stop the war. But it would stop a certain flow. It is something that would actually address the mechanism through which the funding is occurring.

But the more the war drags on, the worse the “Jewish state” becomes.

Jews around the world defending this or being even offensive about it – has degraded the world’s view of Judaism – including among some Jews.

More than that, this has opened up the door (including being vocalized by radicalized media personalities like Hasan Piker now) to rhetorically encouraging more violence on Israel. Piker has been saying to his viewers (whoever they may be) “it’s fuck Israel o’clock.” If this takes root around the world, and the idea of a state of Israel becomes toxic – large scale military operations against them and their domestic population will become an inevitability.

For those people who are ideologically possessed, like Rashida Tlaib, they will overlook their professional duty or personal obligations in order to fulfill some kind of deeper (to them) cause.

Hamas has had as their main charter, the destruction of the state of Israel.

They went from terrorizing Israel, to a strategy of marketing themselves and the Palestinian people, being victims of terror.

That strategy has worked, not only in the media, but in fundamentally converted the public belief about Israel, and Jews writ large.

This, combined with the complete inadequacy of Rashida Tlaib and the current Palestinian activist class, will prove disaster.

Ignore Anthony Aguilar, Pay Attention To Me, So I Can Work Miracles

Anthony Aguilar is not going to bring an end to the atrocities in Gaza, nor will he stop GHF and Witkoff and Trump from exporting their disgusting personalized mercenary tactics. The Democratic party won’t either. Republicans certainly won’t. Podcasters can’t because they are too disinterested and stupid. I have the lifetime of experience understanding and fighting against this situation in a personal way. Years of investigating and exposing, disrupting and destroying financial frauds and corrupt use of public funds – has transformed me into a freak of nature and democracy – which too many people know about but refuse to acknowledge.

If you allow fakes like Aguilar to ascend to prominence with no track record, zero verifiability, lies, and an intent to discredit victims, while censoring me – you are guilt of enabling this genocide – because you certainly aren’t going to do anything about it.

So, disrespectfully, get the fuck out of my way.
