The Palestinian People are being brutalized, and there are some clear reasons why. But the more important reasons why, are sort of hidden in plain sight and largely bureaucratic. One of the uncovered deceptions of Donald Trump and his abuse of the Oval Office, is his connection to a cryptocurrency firm that is co-owned by Steve Witkoff with Barron Trump and other members of their family with other partners. Barron Trump is named in his article because he is a partner in his father’s cryptocurrency firm World Liberty Financial, of which Steve Witkoff is also a partner.
Anything that company is guilty of, Barron Trump is a party to it.
For a Western audience, they might be taken aback by this kind of accusation given Barron Trump is only 19 years old. Yet, children far younger than him have been sacrificed in Gaza. So, a little court case won’t kill him.
Witkoff Is Like An Uncle To Barron
Their families are intertwined perhaps by other dealings over the years like in New York real estate. But this cryptocurrency firm which has been openly used in bribery schemes has been involved in Witkoff’s dealings with Netanyahu, Iranian negotiators, and other countries around the world. Barron is involved in this venture, hidden from public scrutiny. Barron, remember, has no additional legal protections afforded to him simply for being the son of a President.
Some of warfare is so boring, you might not even believe such inane details could be transformed into such horrors. Declarations of war are dry pieces of legislation to some extent. Officially speaking, they are not as salacious as tweets. But they are very impactful. Similarly, treaties of peace may not look resoundingly like exciting documents. Yet they carry with them monumental weight. Having no courtroom to sign things into law or agreement means a party is at disadvantage.
It is through boring frauds, forgeries, and counterfeiting that Steve Witkoff was able to orchestrate some of the worst and most heinous acts of the Israeli war. The Witkoff Massacre was given that name by the Palestinian People for an event where they were lured with the promise of aid like food, and were killed. It was widely known that Witkoff arranged for this.
The Witkoff Massacres Have To End
There have been many more of these style massacres in recent time.
Every single one of The Witkoff Massacres could have been avoided had the world heard me when I signaled clearly how ceasefires were for sale, and just what kind of madness Witkoff’s presence could wreak on the region. Or the world. It is disgusting, disturbing, and demoralizing that such a man could get anywhere near policy-making or negotiations with hostile parties across the world’s stage. His total lack of experience is bad enough. But obviously the man’s disposition is not equipped for creating good will.
Anybody involved with such plans as Witkoff’s (like Barron Trump) are war criminals of the highest order. The funding source – World Liberty Financial – of opaque corrupt transactions makes these things possible. It was called The Witkoff Massacre because of Steve Witkoff, Donald Trump’s personal friend and financia partner, who has been put in charge of certain diplomatic relations which are normally reserved for the Secretary of State who is currently Marco Rubio.
Marco Rubio (and Pete Hegseth) Should Have Confirmation Revoked By The Senate
Rubio is essentially abdicating this role to a private citizen who does not even draw a salary from the federla government. Therefore, Steve Witkoff is not a government representative of America. And Rubio is guilty too.
The reason for this piece now, is that Donald Trump is going to be at the NATO Summit this week. He is still behind on every single international tariff/trade deal, but the Iranian War brought him closer to Europe and Canada. Other countries (like Canada) are still putting the pressure on Trump to make deals with them soon and this week might be when he thinks he can get it all done before July 4.
Regardless if he’s able to get any deals done whatsoever, the fact is, his style of counterfeit diplomacy, being duplicitous in negotiations, and waging war in such a chaotic and weird way – must be putting nations on their back feet. They cannot hold him accountable for anything.
But Steve Witkoff and Barron Trump can be named in many lawsuits.
So can Donald, by the way.
Steve Witkoff Has No Sovereign Immunity, Because He Is A Fraud
Sovereign immunity is like crown immunity, that nations grant themselves as legal protection from foreign nations. Various iterations exist, but essentially it allows a country to deny recognizing international lawsuits. In other words, Iran cannot sue the United States in Iranian courts. It is possible, in America, to sue the federal government though that might not apply to foreign nations due to our constitution.
That also means Presidents, cabinet members, Congressional representatives, and people in the staff of those people, are generally considered immune from legal prosecution in other nations. Meaning, the Secretary of Defense will not recognize being sued for war crimes around the world, even in the International Criminal Court. America inherited sovereign immunity from our former British founding, which means that Pete Hegseth, and Marco Rubio as Secretary of State, are immune from foreign prosecution.
However, Steve Witkoff is not a government official. “Envoy” is not a Senate-confirmed position. He supposedly also draws no salary from the government which was probably established to make him look like a noble saint doing this out of purely patriot means – which is ridiculous. That means he has been operating out of a personal capacity, on behalf of Donald Trump – the man – not Donald Trump the President. This distinction is critical in terms of the Palestinians getting justice.
Does Palestine Still Have Courts They Could Sue Steve Witkoff & His Associates In?
It was a surprise to me when I sought out the information as to whether or not Palestine has their own courts, which they do. Multiple different kinds of courts that include Sharia Law courts, which are far outside of my comprehension. The point is that if those courts still exist, or can get online, they could file litigation against Steve Witkoff (personally) and his corporation World Liberty Financial, along with known associates like Barron Trump and the other people on their “Gold Paper” registration.
The initial claim on the ground is a critical piece of litigation that could be recognized and/or joined and jurisdiction could be changed to other parties equally damaged by Steve Witkoff as a war lord, along with World Liberty Financial, Barron Trump, and whomever else aided and abetted them.
In Palestine, they could follow their own laws to determine penalties he should face such as imprisonment, fines, or whatever else. Of course, Mr. Witkoff will not be willingly bringing himself to face justice in the place he is torturing, however, even as a statement to the world, it would make it clear that a) Witkoff is a fake diplomat who should not be recognized, b) fake diplomacy has caused real death and destruction, and c) America is being endangered along with these other countries by being pinned as enemies by a few corrupt people.
This kind of legal case could be merchandised by Congressional members as another rationale for impeachment, given Donald Trump is the one and only person responsible for placing Steve Witkoff in this position and falsely, fraudulently, forging a counterfeit diplomat to lie and cheat on deals.
Iran Could Lead An International Class Action Suit Against Witkoff & His Associates
Given the duress the Palestinians are in right now, the immediacy of the need for them to get real relief, and the recent widening of Witkoff retaliation is showing a patter of sinister intent. Iranians were attacked, and in the past they had money seized from them in a case that settled in 2016 (Peterson vs. Bank Markazi) for past terror attacks so it makes sense that they should be able to seek legal recourse.
In that case, around 1,000 victims/families of Iranian terror attacks that killed and injured people from 1983 – 1996, and a little less than $2 billion was seized from the Iranian central bank which was kept in New York, to pay these victims.
Settling Iranian Nuclear Program Debate
American Congress members and the next White House administration has to alter their international disposition towards countries like Iran with respect to the attitude that we can dictate what they can or cannot do. America has a mechanism for enforcing consequences on other nations called war. Declaring war. Taking military actions. Whatever the case may be. If our leadership and people want it, we have the mechanisms to do it. It should be avoided, not engendered. But it exists. So why even bother with an impossible debate of whether or not Iran “can” have a nuclear weapon?
Furthermore, the term “nuclear weapon” and what people think of it, has not been updated for modern reality.
The truth is that without further enrichment, 60% enriched uranium is plenty to make destructive weapons. It is even more stable to store for longer periods of time than 90% or higher enriched uranium. Weapons made with lower grade uranium might have to be bigger or heavier to reach the same effect, which makes delivery more difficult. But look at the “bunker buster” bombs that are not even considered nuclear warheads, but that supposedly weight ~30,000 pounds each.
War Lords Cannot Run American Foreign Policy
If that is a viable piece of military technology, the Iranians (and other nations) are obviously capable of producing weapons with radioactive material.
An end to the childish and antiquated rhetoric here could end a lot of hostilities. But the current people in charge, and Steve Witkoff, are using war as a means to their personal financial ends. That is the most dangerous part here for everybody. They appear to be “business men,” and do not look like the kinds of war lords we are internationally used to seeing or identifying. The comical nature or stupidity with which Trump and his fake diplomats like Witkoff employ makes it hard to believe they could actually be responsible for such evil. But they are. And Witkoff has to pay the price.
A Middle Eastern Class Action That Extends Back To America
After filing in their own courts, Palestinian and Iranian plaintiffs could extend their search for justice into America by filing suits against Witkoff, World Liberty Financial, Barron Trump, and other co-conspirators, in relevant jurisdictions here. Witkoff is based in New York, and Miami, FL. World Liberty Financial is registered in Delaware and of course Washington D.C. is where Donald Trump has been spending a lot of his time. Congress should investigate how close the cabinet officials are to this scheme.
Were The Bunker Busters Just A Northrop Grumman Air Show?
Donald Trump had recently hosted a bland and embarrassing military parade which was transparently sponsored by multiple companies including military contractors like Lockheed Martin. So it stands to reason that military contractors have the ability to bribe Donald Trump to allow them to show off their equipment. We do not need insider information to prove this. It was televised. In front of everybody’s eyes.
At the end of the day, what did we all see and hear?
At first the story was that there might be (1) bunker buster bomb dropped.
Then reports came out that they dropped (6) of them.
Before long, the story changed to (12) bunker buster bombs were dropped.
Repeatedly, the administration officials have been saying “no other military in the world” could have done this.
Because only America (by way of Northrop Grumman) has the capability of carrying and dropping such a heavy bomb with the kind of technology these bunker busters have. Northrop Grumman is the sole provider of the B2 that carries it.
Though we actually have no idea how “successful” the mission was, we were all told about this aircraft. A lot. They got a lot of press. Even though nothing really happened because the Iranians had moved things from the facility. There isn’t even a great photograph to show off because the concept of these bombs is they explode underground. Therefore, all we got was a Northrop Grumman Air Show.
Iran got bombed. People got killed. But shareholders and senior board members of Northrop Grumman must have been incredibly pleased.
The thing nobody really knows, though, is whether or not this publicly traded corporation paid for the privilege.
The world needs to know that.
Witkoff Will Appear In These Foreign Courts Whether He Likes It Or Not
I don’t mean he will physically show up. You’d have to capture him for that. But just by filing his name on paperwork, and showing that to the world, he will “appear” there. I know that might sound stupid to some people reading this. However, if you look at how Witkoff and company do their work, they thrive on capturing media attention with stupid things like that. In the end, they can try to discredit it. But it’s not so stupid. It is not stupid to demand justice for being attacked due to a person falsifying peace talks.
Make An Example Out Of Steve Witkoff
Steve Witkoff has no place in global diplomacy. He has made that abundantly clear after presiding over bad faith negotiations between very adversarial parties, which resulted in the deaths of countless people, the presumptive genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, terrorized the nation of Iran, and roped other nations like Qatar and Iraq into fire.
For this, he should be stripped of his counterfeit title, barred from representing the United States – from the perspective of all United Nations members – with the knowledge that he represents the interests of World Liberty Financial and their partners. Not the United States. He was not Senate confirmed, so he is not legitimate.
If Steve Witkoff can be knocked off the world’s stage, and eliminated from American government entirely, he can be held accountable for his crimes against humanity. The presumption that he is protected by sovereign immunity like cabinet-rank members of American government – is false.
As a node of Donald Trump’s personal mob family, Witkoff is doing unbelievable damage to some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
He has to be stopped.
He can be stopped.
It is actually easy.
The United Nations must condemn the acts of counterfeit diplomacy, forged peace treaties, and bad faith representations as an “envoy” with no legal authority to bind America to the terms of international agreements. The only thing Steve Witkoff is capable of is bribing officials with cryptocurrency tied to Donald Trump (personally not as the President), real estate, or other shadow banking facilities. He has no place in the Middle East, other than a prison in Gaza, where he could face the consequences for all those horrors which he has wrought on those people.
The U.S. Senate Must Revoke Their Confirmations of Cabinet Members
Though this has never happened in American government, it does not mean there is no possibility. Our constitution is built on the premise of checks and balances. That means if cabinet members are guilty of war crimes, and they are impeachable officials, with enough members of Congress (over ⅔ depending on the motion) they could be rapidly impeached i.e. immediately fired. You could ask a member of Congress and if they say that is not possible, the reality is they don’t want to do it. They make the law. Trump is subverting parts of the constitution, or that is being debated after he does things. To that end, the Senate could exert their will on the federal government. They just don’t.
Too many of them (not just Republicans, but Democrats also) are in a protection racket that falsifies opposition against Trump for the most part.
However, the international community has the ability and obligation to intervene there.
The Multi-Family Dynasty Which Rules America Is Unraveling
Regime change is not only an American concept, and in theory, it should happen through constitutional means. That is what is needed.
Global powers from The United Nations must sideline Donald Trump from international diplomatic relations. He is incapable of it. His personal financial conflicts of interest, via proxies like Steve Witkoff who he unilaterally appointed to a phony position – have killed people. The civil rights abuses his Secretaries are enacting continue to degrade the democratic system of America, too.
The Senate and the House can compile a Act that enables them to remove Secretaries like Hegseth, and Rubio, who effectively allowed their authority to be subverted by the President. They did this in their official roles, to enable Donald Trump and Witkoff to personally benefit via their improper negotiations.
Many foreign nations would not have dealt with Witkoff if they thought he was not a real government officials, and now we see why.
Palestinians, Iranians, and other nations who would have refused to deal with Witkoff if they were given an alternative, are the victims.
That is why the U.S. Congress must take action, and world powers must get them to.
Put Donald Trump On Timeout, Permanently Off The World’s Stage
Stop following his tweets, unTruths, press statements, and everything else. If his statements will be conflicted by something new the next moment or hour or day, it makes no sense to report on him the same day he makes a statement. Allow days to breathe, and figure out if it’s real. Let him sweat. If people want to read what he says literally any person on the planet could follow him. Therefore nothing he publishes is newsworthy. He is already publicizing it himself. He is already paying the newswires to pretend he is worth talking about every single day. The reality is, Donald Trump is boring, lame, weak, and lethally corrupt. He could be stopped easily if people tried.
World powers got my message about this, and stopped negotiating with Donald Trump personally. They have been holding firm to this, while international shipping effectively remains undeterred. Tariffs have fallen into the background, as Donald Trump tries to use his war in Iran as leverage to bring the world back to the table with him. But they cannot do that. Foreign nations need to negotiate with the Congress at this point. They are corrupt, but not as corrupt as Donald Trump, even the people who are corrupted by Donald Trump.
Hit Witkoff, World Liberty Financial, Barron Trump, and Co-Conspirators
We do not know who at World Liberty Financial is responsible for financing these atrocities that Witkoff has been orchestrating with Benjamin Netanyahu, and other forces. But we know that Barron Trump is one of the members in their founding charter, a document which was even filed fraudulently with the American SEC.
Therefore, Steve Witkoff should be prosecuted for counterfeit peace treaties, forging credentials as a Senate-confirmed diplomat of the United States while actually acting on behalf of Donald Trump personally or via his Trust(s), and financing genocide. World Liberty Financial is but one of the vehicles we know he operated with, and Barron Trump is a named member of this Delaware-based cryptocurrency corporation.
By subpoenaing Barron, victimized plaintiffs would have the best course to gain whatever documents might be necessary to try a case. He is an adult, legal member of the corporation, and therefore a viable suspect to even be the mastermind. It’s hard for a lot of people to believe Donald Trump is smart, it is believed that Barron talked his father into going on podcasts and getting involved in cryptocurrency. So perhaps it is Barron who is the newest war lord of the Middle East. Anything is possible here.
