Democrats Can’t Be Trusted With the Impeachment and Removal Process – They Suck At It

Impeaching and removing Donald John Trump from office won’t be so easy if Congressman Shri Thanedar is the only one behind it. Also, I produced more detailed articles of impeachment myself months ago. They were presented to Representative Al Green’s chief of staff, many other members of Congress, and the press. Why was I ignored? Months have gone by, and had I been heard and elevated, perhaps the administration would not have been getting away with these new violations of due process.

Democrats have failed to do more than initiate impeachment proceedings against Trump twice. They did not get him to resign and they did not remove him from office. Why? The first impeachment was over a single phone call and the second impeachment was over one day out of his entire Presidency. That is insane.

My first amendment rights have been taken away in countless ways over the last (5) years and few people would even recognize how my voice gets silenced because it’s never been seen before. If I am kept out of this process, I fear it will fail again.

Congressman Shri Thanedar Introduces Articles of Impeachment Against President Donald J. Trump for High Crimes and Misdemeanors

Today, April 28, 2025 articles of impeachment against President Donald John Trump were formally submitted via the House of Representatives. The question we all need to ask ourselves is whether or not this is unlike any impeachment of Donald John Trump we’ve ever seen before. Because at this point, we’ve seen (2) of them. On December 18, 2024 prior to Trump being inaugurated again, I was already articulating how this must happen but also how it has to be different.

It was called, “The Third (and Final) Impeachment of Donald J. Trump” and I was beginning to make it clear that at least this time around, Trump has positioned himself in a conflict of interest with America. With all Americans. Instead of just causing infractions on individuals (which he is doing and has done) or minority groups (which he has also done and is actively doing) this time Donald Trump has created a self-dealing condition that has him effectively stealing from the American people.

The thing that I saw Trump doing, after learning about his cryptocurrency firm World Liberty Financial, was an attempt to replace the Federal Reserve. Trump and his children, and his friend Witkoff and his children, outlined their blueprint for decentralizing the American central bank; in a format they control unilaterally. While watching what Elon Musk and “DOGE” were doing, or planning to do, it became clear to me there as well. They wanted to confuse the public about whose money is what, and how financial systems from private ventures and publicly traded companies interact with the government. Flowing through these oligarchs.

I’m Not A Democrat Nor A Republican, I’m An American Citizen, an Activist, and a Patriot

By February 5, 2025 I had seen enough examples already of this World Liberty Financial project intertwining with the things DOGE was doing, to demonstrate how it constituted financial treason (a word left out of Thanedar’s articles, by the way) and an economic coup of the nation. Within (5) days of that new revelations came out about Trump’s plans to ethnically cleanse Gaza for the sake of putting up condominiums. So I revised my articles to include details about that. Many people voiced concern and outrage over that.

However, moreover, the question was raised in my mind about whether or not the President was personally skimming or profiting from that operation. Just like he appears to have some kind of siphoning mechanism off of the U.S. General Fund under the Treasury. That is the rationale behind all the tariff tumult. These details, unfortunately, may not be uncovered or dealt with in the current formation of articles we have seen thus far.

I should mention as well, that my articles of impeachment were sent to dozens of reporters and members of Congress in particular because it demonstrates the power of the 9th and 10th amendments which grant powers to the people. However, Congress doesn’t necessarily care for that. Also, Thanedar is being challenged in his seat by the “Justice Democrats,” so this move may have been to save his own skin.

Thanedar Better Get His Shrit Together

Cory Booker stood up for literally 25+ hours talking nonstop. I don’t know if he ever said the word “impeachment” at all during that time, though. Perhaps he will be given credit for inspiring the bravery it takes to do what Thanedar is doing here. But if Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, or any of these other bungling fake opponents of Trump get their hands on this process, it will surely fail. Republicans can and will say whatever they want, and might find odd bedfellows among Democrats who want Thanedar out.

Like the Justice Democrats who were going to challenge him in the mid-terms…next year. Yet, if Thanedar can actually pull this off, and get Trump out of office? He’ll cement himself as a leader in American government for a long time. His hair may be a clownish distraction, but so is Trump’s. So, they have that going against each other.

How Was My Call For Impeachment Different?

The “abuse of power” rhetoric was extremely weak. They only implied bribery, but never said it outright. That is one of the main differences. Because bribery is an actual crime. 18 U.S. Code § 201 – Bribery of public officials and witnesses is something anybody could get convicted of. There is no “abuse of power” statute. So in effect, it has little to no legal impact. Similarly, just saying “corruption” doesn’t mean anything. Additionally, 18 U.S. Code Chapter 31 Part I – EMBEZZLEMENT AND THEFT is a real crime.

So in my articles of impeachment when I said he was guilty of treason (financially speaking at the time) and bribery, by opening up financial vehicles to be granting favors (prior to the Salvadoran slave trade being exposed) – these are things which have more weight than “an insurrection.”

18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection is a real crime.

But generally speaking there is a clear and direct, easy to comprehend example of a person leading an armed rebellion. January 6th was unfortunately not a clear cut example. However, what Trump and Elon Musk were doing since January of seizing control of digital infrastructure and usurping control of payment systems, that is a pretty clear cut unauthorized consolidation of power. The reason for it? To disable any checks or balances which would be a coup against the American people and our will – rather than just a political debacle – which is important as a distinction.

I demonstrated how Trump was financially benefiting personally and in direct opposition to the American people before his tariffs policy (which I believe is a distraction) started wreaking havoc on the markets. He probably thought that it could be shrugged off as him doing his thing. But the thing people need to begin getting their heads wrapped around, is that he doesn’t care about tariffs. That part was a distraction. His abuse of the tariff policy must be viewed from the perspective of insane and unprecedented self-dealing which put him in conflict with the American people. That is the point. Not just bad policy.

Bad policy is not impeachable since it’s not a crime.

Treason, and weakening the USD at a time our adversaries are creating more favorable relationships around the world? That is not just bad policy. That is putting the man above the country. It ends the phony narrative that Trump has sacrificed anything to become President. This goes well beyond the small-scale things people used to say like how he’d have the Secret Service stay in a Trump hotel or something. Those used to be real calls for impeachment over that. People used to really think that was the peak of corruption.

Seriously think about that. If the Secret Service paid $500 for a room for an agent, how much money do you think Trump really was putting directly in his pocket after all of that? Sure it would be great if we could stick them in a Marriott or something, but that’s the way of the world. It isn’t a huge burden on the American people.

However, if Scott Bessent and Elon Musk have created a shadow banking routing system that Trump now controls from the Treasury? That’s a major problem. That is what I believe has happened, and if Trump is not investigated and subpoenaed for all of his banking and capital resources; this impeachment will be a sham.

Trust Me, Not These Losers

If Thenader’s articles do not move forward, it is unlikely the cowards of our political system would find the will to do it again. That means no matter how unfit he may be for the project, if he’s who we have, we need him to succeed. But the purpose of the impeachment I was creating was not just to glorify myself. It was to put the power back in the hands of the people.

Instead of having these elected officials take credit for our hard work which is what’s happening right now. They are about to take the mantle but only to steal the glory so they can be elected again next year while I’ve been fighting tooth & nail for half a decade during one of the darkest period of American history. That’s why you should trust me, and want to hear my story. I will transform everything that’s happening into an attack plan that removes Trump, and installs new leadership not just in the White House but across the board: the Congress. Legislatures. Everywhere.

It’s time for an American reckoning.
