America Needs A New Diplomat In Chief

The President of the United States of America is supposed to be our diplomat in chief as well as the commander in chief.

Unfortunately, Donald Trump is failing on all fronts.

Even if you wanted Donald Trump to be the unilateral master of our entire nation, he has failed to demonstrate the capability to control it.

His pathetic birthday military parade made our troops look bad, as if they could not march in formation well. That was a sad sight to see. A lot of people around the world saw that. Then we saw the Israelis strike. It became clear that for a lot of the operations in the Middle East that have occurred during Trumpโ€™s time in office, it is Benjamin Netanyahu who has operational command.

Prior to the Israel/Iran war that started on June 13, 2025, Donald Trump was struggling to install his tariff regime.

No country in the world had signed anything resembling a real deal. Members of the administration have been on television every single day trying to calm markets and convince people that eventually things will be better. They have not gotten better though. Things have gone so badly, that Trump is not even able to close terrible deals that he can merchandise as successes. Strangely, he is not even able to close bad deals. His entire identity as a dealmaker has fallen apart from that perspective.

Moreover, he was insulting to nations across the world directly, rhetorically, and with veiled military threats at times including to allies Canada, Greenland, and others. For many of those world leaders, they like America, and Americans, but they have been mistreated by Donald Trump. Furthermore, thanks to me, most of those world leaders and nations know that Donald Trump has essentially hijacked our government and is using it for his own personal financial ends.

That has been revealed in ways like weโ€™ve never seen before, and at levels like weโ€™ve never seen before. But he is losing his grip.

Therefore, in the case of Iran, we are already at war.

They know that. Israel is talking that way as well.

What America needs now is not to figure out whether or not to declare war and get โ€œboots on the ground.โ€ What America needs to figure out now is how to make peace.

To leave the region while they fight it out, and to secure our people and interests without getting hit with an attack for the part Donald Trump played in this war getting started or escalating. He is the poison pill, because other head of state including the Supreme Leader of Iran appear to be negotiating on  behalf of their people; not just themselves. Allies and adversaries across the world are finally waking up to the true selfishness of Trump and that his patriotic sacrifice is a lie.

There is a quiet but growing realization across the Western world: the war between Iran and Israel is not simply the product of longstanding tensions or religious divisions.

It was not inevitable. It is not noble. And most importantly – it is not being waged in the name of the American people.

It is, instead, a war of personal leverage. Something concocted by Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, brokered through backdoor dealings with Trump associate Steve Witkoff, and now rapidly escalating into global peril. If the world doesnโ€™t act now to remove Trump from any role in our diplomacy, and if Congress doesnโ€™t reclaim its constitutional authority to make peace, this fire will spread.

Congress Must Stop This Diplomatic Disaster Immediately

Donald Trump has inserted himself into the heart of one of the worldโ€™s most sensitive diplomatic crises. Make no mistake, though. Trump is not there as a statesman. He isย  not even there as a representative of U.S. interests. Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump were attempting to create a โ€œconsortiumโ€ for energy trading that would rival BRICS which Iran is already in.

Political cartoon of Donald Trump as the Tazmanian Devil.

Though the American media and propagandists in our government want you to believe this is only and all about weapons-grade uranium, the main objection Iran had to the Trump deal was about this consortium. Trump does not care about what they are doing. He just wants a cut of it. Whether it was to control shipping nearby, or skim off the transaction fees of oil exports, Trump wanted in.

Iran refused.

So Trump called in his friend Benjamin Netanyahu to settle the score.

โ€œRegime changeโ€ can go both ways.

If there is no movement in the Iranian side, and Donald Trump is personally financially conflicted in the negotiations – meaning he has a hand in it that is not good for the United States but would be good for him and he has delusionally concluded anything he does is good for us; we need a new diplomat.

With no meaningful leverage left in trade negotiations across the world, and unable to secure any new economic agreements, Trump reached for military escalation as cover.

He probably believes that pushing for this war now will force world nations to deal with him since they all need to stand up against Iran getting a nuclear weapon. The EU has already begun sidling up to this idea. But we cannot allow Trump to keep himself wedged in here or things will spiral further out of control.

The Israel-Iran War Is a Trump-Netanyahu-Witkoff Project

This is not theoretical. Trump, Netanyahu, and Witkoff previously discussed development projects in Gaza openly just months ago. Yes, luxury condos. In what they referred to as the โ€œRiviera of the Middle East.โ€ What theyโ€™ve now done is turn that real estate scheme into a battlefield. The suffering of innocent civilians in Gaza, the deaths of Iranian and Israeli citizens, are not strategic necessities – they are collateral for profit.

This isnโ€™t about security. Itโ€™s about land. Leverage. Business. And the military might of the United States is being used to advance a criminal venture rooted in private ambition. This is not just morally bankrupt – itโ€™s a betrayal of the American people. It is even a betrayal of the people who Trump tricked into voting for him. However, instead of treat those people with scorn, direct that towards Donald Trump and simply make him no longer a factor.

The EU Should Build A Coalition With Our Congress To Oust Trump From Negotiations With Iran

If European leaders are serious about defusing tensions with Iran, they must refuse to recognize Donald Trump as a legitimate actor in these negotiations. He has violated our own laws to advance his personal financial interest to the detriment of the country.ย

In other words, Donald Trump is robbing us, and using foreign states as enemies to hold our money hostage to let him do what he wants. No major country trusts him with so much as cotton or shrimp deals trade deals.

Why should he dictate the future of nuclear diplomacy?

I do not have much faith in other European nations, nor do I trust the Congress, but they do need to get their acts together.

Iran may not trust the United States government – and they shouldnโ€™t if itโ€™s led by Trump or one of his allies. But Iran may be willing to negotiate with other Western powers or another diplomat from America in the U.S. Congress. Too bad right now the U.S. Congress is only trying to get themselves in a position to declare war and take credit for it instead of allowing Trump to do so unilaterally.

Perhaps through the UK, or Ukraine, or maybe a more neutral Senator who is unentangled in foreign investments can make this happen for us.

Whatโ€™s clear is this: Trump must be removed from the table, before the table is flipped on us and burned down.

The False Binary of โ€œIranian Nukes or Warโ€

The American public has been trapped in a false argument for decades. They ask, โ€œDo you want Iran to have nuclear weapons?โ€ You say, โ€œNo.โ€ They say, โ€œThen we must go to war.โ€ Itโ€™s manipulative. Itโ€™s dishonest. And itโ€™s worked time and again. It has been like the boy who cried nuclear weapons. Now I will state here, that the possibility Iran is somehow engaged in covert nuclear development is not off the table. I am willing to remain skeptical and mistrustful. However, if that were the case, yelling about it openly and loudly and acting violently and erratically about it is kind of missing the point if you are trying to appear like the sane rational side.

Imagine a world where Iranโ€™s nuclear program is not grounds for war overseas.

What we must acknowledge now is this: Iranโ€™s potential for nuclear capability is not a sole justification for war, and certainly not a blank check for Trump and Netanyahu to redraw the map of the Middle East for their benefit. Keep in mind that Trump is trying to pass a $4 trillion raise in our debt, while also pushing us into a multi-decade military adventure in the Middle East that nobody wants.

Iran may want influence. They may want autonomy. They may even want leverage. But to suggest they want to nuke the United States without credible intelligence just makes the President of the United States look scared, unbalanced, and cowardly.

The American people refuse to be lied into war again.

How ironic, that Donald Trump rose to power within the Republican party by criticizing Jeb Bush about his brother George W. Bush lying us into war.

Now, here he is, the hypocrite in chief, doing just that.

The Forgotten Powers of Peace and Congressional Cowardice

Just like most of the political statements and movements associated with Donald Trump, he didnโ€™t come up with them. The phrase โ€œpeace through strengthโ€ is now a talking point in various echo chambers, including the so-called MAGA movement. All the people in the cabinet from JD Vance through Marco Rubio, and rank & file Republicans, use this phrase as if it means something.

In reality, how they practice peace through strength just leads to wars.

Instead, they should learn what I practice, which is strength through peace.

I have been attacked on the street, and come away without a scratch. Cops have pointed their weapons at me. I have been SWATโ€™d. Though I am defensive for my life, I do not engage in aggression. It sometimes leads to people taking advantage of me because Iโ€™ve been in weakened positions, and that is tough. It happens. I am not advocating being vulnerable for no reason. What I am saying, though, is that our Congress and President are not interested in peace. They are saying they want war.

Creating Peace Is Harder Than It Sounds

A disposition of peace, and a diplomatic skillset to negotiate it, is necessary right now.

We need a radical approach where peace can get on the table.

Donald Trump has clearly made it known that he does not want that. He wants an unknown โ€œunconditional surrenderโ€ from Iran. That is not the path to peace. It is also not a strong position. Certainly not only a few days into a war that just began while his team was potentially pretending to negotiate.

While Congress clamors for War Powers Resolutions and the right to authorize strikes, no one is offering a Peace Powers Resolution. There is no competing resolution to say, โ€œNot only do we not support this war, but we reject its premise. We are pursuing diplomacy. We are pursuing disengagement.โ€

This is a moral and legislative vacuum. And in that vacuum, Trump is acting. If Congress does not assert peace as a power, not just war, then itโ€™s not a matter of if this spirals – itโ€™s a matter of how fast.

Read the Peace Powers Act of 1995, and Recognize Our Need For New Peace Powers

Though multiple pieces of legislation have been introduced in Congress in the last week or so, revolving around the War Powers Resolution of 1973, this is the wrong approach. Instead, in part, they should be introducing the Peace Powers Act of 1995 in which it deals with, โ€œSEC. 5. LIMITATION ON PLACEMENT OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES UNDER FOREIGN COMMAND FOR A UNITED NATIONS PEACEKEEPING ACTIVITY.โ€

It has already been reported that American soldiers were already in Israel to man defensive weaponry to protect Israel from incoming projectiles sent by Iran. This was clearly not under a United Nations peacekeeping activity, however, you could imagine that eventually it might get there – if you were Trump and planning this. But Trump was rejected by the G7 and left without trade deals or support for his side of this war.

If Congress were to invoke the Peace Powers Act of 1995, they could actually move beyond the argument about declarations of war, and stop Trump from allowing our troops to be used under Israeli control. That would prevent a certain kind of support for the war, which would be more powerful than simply not uttering the words โ€œwe are at war.โ€ Arguing over declarations like that is kind of antiquated anyhow.

Donald Trump and the Marque of the Beast

Few people know what a โ€œletter of marqueโ€ is, but Trump certainly does. This old legal instrument, historically used to authorize private military contractors, may have been reactivated – privately and unlawfully – to give Netanyahu and Witkoff access to U.S. military resources without Congressional consent. Or vice versa.

Think about Trumpโ€™s military parade, sponsored by corporations such as Coinbase and Lockheed Martin, among others. Does that mean that American military assets can be purchased, and moved into location, for a fee? If everything else in Donald Trumpโ€™s White House is for sale, so are our troops. It appears that he has done that.

This would mean Trump turned American service members into mercenaries for a private alliance. That is not a political scandal. That is treason.

Marques, as youโ€™d have it, are also within Congressional authority.

They are military agreements, and as such, the Senate especially is supposed to be involved in those decisions.

We, the American people, have talked a great deal about tariffs.

But in terms of how Trump keeps domineering, the criticisms usually miss the marque.

Expel Speaker Johnson and President Pro Tempe Grassley

Under the War Powers Resolution, the President is required to notify two key figures:

โ€ข The Speaker of the House (Mike Johnson)
โ€ข The President pro tempore of the Senate (Chuck Grassley)

Though the Congress may be cited, and therefore springing to action, it is really these (2) members who are to weigh in before the President makes war. Regardless of whether or not war had been declared already. This is actually an unresolved constitutional debate. That is why there is no โ€œrightโ€ answer in a certain way.

But as things evolve, we must determine that Trump is not acting like any President who has the nationโ€™s best interest. Heโ€™s more like a pirate who hijacked the country.

Ask the Right Questions to Get the Right Answers Before It’s Too Late

Did Trump notify Johnson and Grassley about his plans for Iran? If he did not, heโ€™s in violation. If he did – and they stayed silent – then they are complicit in hiding war from Congress and the American people. This is much more important than simply declaring war or not, especially as the Iranians are already treating us as combatants.

Members like Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie have protested that only Congress can declare war. But they arenโ€™t saying that we should avoid it necessarily. No one is asking the central question: Were Johnson and Grassley notified in writing, as required?

If not, then this war is already unconstitutional and Congress is complicit.

The sad truth is, most of them are probably ignorant of these facts and precedents.

But Johnson and Grassley are not allowed to be that ignorant. So they are collaborators – including if they essentially looked the other way – even now.

Remember, if Johnson and Grassley were left out of that decision, they know they must impeach the President for real. But they refuse to do it because they are either socially or financially corrupted into being subservient to Donald Trump.

Thatโ€™s why they must be expelled and replaced.

Theoretical Debate vs. Material Consequences

Trump thrives in muddy waters.

He loves to force conversations into theoretical debate. Silencing certain words or shoving others down our throats is how he controls narratives. That way nobody even thinks to think, “Can a President issue a personal marque using American military assets?” The obvious answer there would be a resounding NO.

How about, “Can a President make war without declaring it?”

Most people would say no. Even very well informed people might say no. I certainly would not want that to happen, however, I recognize that we are facing a constitutional question. Itโ€™s just that in the matter of Donald Trump being the President we are referring to, it is clear he is not acting within his bounds. He is rogue.

The real question is this: Did Donald Trump use American troops, without legal authority, to enrich himself and his business partners at the cost of global stability and human life? The answer appears to be yes.

And that is not a constitutional curiosity.

That is a crime.

Impeach and Remove Donald John Trump As President of the United States of America for War Crimes

If we allow this President to wage private wars without consequence, we no longer have a republic.

Even if the Constitution has ambiguities about how war is declared, it is clear on who can declare it – and clear that the military is not a private militia. If the question of who can make war, why and when it can be done, and if Presidents are unilaterally in control of the armed forces, thatโ€™s another question entirely.

Donald John Trump has violated the War Powers Act, breached multiple sections of the Constitution, endangered the lives of millions of people worldwide, all because he stinks at making fair trade deals. This is beyond unacceptable. It is incomprehensibly unconscionable. He has endangered the American people. And he has used military force to enrich himself and his allies.

If that is not a high crime, then the phrase has no meaning.

Do Not Fight A War For Men We Did Not Elect

This is not Americaโ€™s war. It is Trumpโ€™s war. Netanyahuโ€™s war. Witkoffโ€™s war.

Europe must block Trump from diplomacy. Congress must impeach him now. And Iran must be offered another pathway – through partners not tainted by the corruption of private empire-building.

Let the world know: the American people did not vote for this. We will not pay for it either. And we refuse to fight and die for the greed of the few.

What Can The American People Do?

One form of effective protest would be to unregister from your political party. A lot of high ranking people at the DNC are leaving the organization in some formal capacity or another. But if more people openly, loudly and proudly, unregistered from the voter rolls and left their political party, things would begin getting a lot clearer to you.

Imagine there only being 1,000,000 Democrats, 500,000 Republicans, and 100,000 registered Independents.

We would need to change the voting laws to allow people to vote differently without registering in a party.

It is actually an unfair restriction on free speech to create these constraints. It leads the political parties to ignore those who are not their members, even if they are constituents.

As an American, you can also endorse my plan. Share this blog. Publicly back link to this website. Tell people my name. Tell all the elected officials they must enforce peace powers. Not just powers of war. We must change this conversation.

What Can Congress Do?

They can write powers for themselves, join together as a supermajority of non-partisan and bi-partisan support. Not just to take back the power of declaring war. Not even just to take back the power of making war. But, changing the footing of America from one of war, to one of peace.

Learn how to engender strength through peace, instead of masking violence with lies about peace.

The rest of the world has grown tired of it, and learned not to trust either Democrats or Republicans.

All members of Congress who have any decency should leave their parties. The mid-term elections arenโ€™t for another year. They can raise money from any organization they want. But eradicate the past from the context of these lawmakers, and free us all from the burden of this imaginary (2) party system.

Create our own peaceful regime change.

Bloodless.

But still exhilarating, and liberating.

Release the shackles of Republican and Democrat labels, and become independent voices. Unique spirits, endowed with their own specific skills and beliefs. Have arguments and debate about those things, and come to a consensus.

Reorganize Without Speaker Johnson and Pro Tempe Grassley.

These two are responsible for allowing Donald Trump to wage unlawful war. They must be removed from their posts, and replaced with people who are capable of at least knowing their full responsibilities. Chuck Grassleyโ€™s age may or may not be getting in our way. But Speaker Johnsonโ€™s age certainly isnโ€™t. For Speaker Johnson the problem is fealty, cowardice, and corruption.

The House and Senate can fulfill their processes to replace those positions.

But the Congress probably needs to bake more in to the next piece of war and peace related legislation.

Compare The โ€œBig Beautiful Billโ€ To These War Powers Resolutions

Donald Trump has been promoting a bill that happens to have an Iraq War Sized debt increase just as Israel launches a war in Iran.

This thing is hundreds of pages long.

So if Trump has planned this war with Netanyahu, it stands to reason that this bill he had been trying to pass is part of that. Therefore, passing that bill means being able to pay for the was with Iran. Stopping that bill from getting passed, and calling out the war chest blank check he wants, could be critical to getting public support.

Ask the Congress why the legislation to stop a war or declare one, or to wage one, is only a few pages long, but the bill to fund that war has to be hundreds of pages just to dog ear 1 line worth $4 trillion.

Iran Is At War With Us, Because Trump Is With Netanyahu At War With Iran, Therefore We Are Already At War With Iran

Read that a few times to let it sink in.

Though the public mainstream narrative is about whether or not we will go to war with Iran, that demarkation line has already been crossed. At best, where we are actually at, is attempting to make peace with them. The current regime in America does not want peace with Iran. They want war. However, the American people want peace in general, including with Iran. So, therefore, a regime change is needed in America. Otherwise the American people will be in serious danger that we should not be in.

The United States is busy having a very arrogant debate.

War With Iran Is Not Only Up To Us Anymore, It Certainly Is Not Up To Donald Trump

Donald Trump has proven to be subservient and docile in terms of the command and control of American military intervention in the Israeli Iranian conflict. That may be due to the private contracts between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, though. This is how they appear to be able to command these actions which are so unpopular all over the world. Only Israel and America believe they have a right to react to Iran this way even as the Europeans claim agreement with the American position on Iran’s nuclear program.

Diplomacy between Donald Trump and Iran is over.

Diplomacy between the United States and Iran remains to be seen.

It is necessary that you hold firm to the distinction between those two statements.

TACO 2 weeks

Donald Trump giving himself a 2 week deadline to determine if he is going to directly send American military to attack Iran or not, and the American people buying it, is part of our problem as a nation. This still gives some kind of Supreme Leader type attribution for all world affairs to Donald Trump. As if he could stop us from being at war with Iran now simply by not bombing directly or invading.

Meanwhile, it was already presumed that Iran wanted to have war with America given their chants โ€œdeath to Americaโ€ are taken very seriously by elected officials here. So to that end, why is the Congress not prepared? Why is there not a specific war funding bill on the table to identify the financial costs? How many soldiers do we anticipate losing as a result of this? Which branches of the military are going to be engaged?

It is internationally accepted by many high ranking officials that Donald Trump and Steve Witkoff lied to the Iranians in bad faith to lure them into negotiating with their defenses lowered. That is a sneaky, conniving, and dishonest thing to do. It shows a corruption to a level that makes even war negotiations between dictators impossible.

We Are No Longer Respected Around the World Because of Donald Trump

The level of disrespect that showed actually lost our whole country respect.

Donald Trump constantly says things like “we’re respected” around the world because of him. At one time that could have arguably been true. Due to his tough talk and effective negotiations, he got deals done regardless of being an annoying person to deal with. These days he can’t get a deal anywhere in the world. America is slipping across the world the longer we remain pegged to the success of this man.

Iran is at war with the United States, because they were drawn into war by Israeli forces controlled by Netanyahu. Netanyahu has a clearly corrupted relationship with Donald Trump on a personal level that has forced our militaryโ€™s hand by the corruption of our chain of command.

This has gotten so far out of hand, the Congress must act before it is too late.

They must not only reclaim their powers, but invent new ones.

We must draft defensive war plans to combat whatever Iran has planned. Because they have vowed to retaliate, and regardless of how we got here, we have to prepare for that. Blaming Donald Trump while leaving ourselves vulnerable is not an acceptable pathway forward.

I Could Make Better Deals Than Trump In My Sleep

Already in the Trump administration, I am responsible for informing the Canadian government about the depths of Donald Trumpโ€™s personal financial conflicts of interest.

I went as far as to draft articles of impeachment for a new kind of citizen-led movement that a member of Congress (Shri Thanedar) plagiarized and discredited in the process. My work exposing the fake opposition from within the Democratic party is causing them to collapse as well. The general public hates both political parties, and all those in the establishment. Even podcasters or celebrities have been proven to be wrong and/or corruptible over the years.

But I hae not.

I have been censored, ignored, robbed, abused, attacked, SWATโ€™d, sued, erased, and been treated like you would not believe.

Yet I persist, loving you all (those of you who are my fellow Americans of course) in the process. I have had a very thankless job.

But I told the Canadians not to work with Trump directly, and to negotiate around him to not punish us, the American people.

As a result, shipping has continued, and Trump is hanging out there delaying 2 weeks at a time, because nobody will close. He has signed and promoted this UK deal twice and even regarded it as an EU deal – which it was not – because he is losing his mind.

I told the Ukrainians that Trump was screwing them, and that blew up the White House meeting that has now become so infamous. My ULTRA proposal was shared with Congress, and reporters, all over the world, putting out a plan that would help end the war and give Ukraine more negotiating leverage while sidelining Donald Trump.

Have you even said thank you?

Iโ€™m an infinitely better deal maker than Trump, and all the people in his camp like Marco Rubio or Scott Bessent who pretend only Donald Trump can make these deals are deadly, lethally wrong. They are going to get people killed pretending thatโ€™s true.

So offer somebody from the House. Offer somebody from the Senate. You could even offer me to diplomatically negotiate with the Iranians. There are many other people who would be better than Donald John Trump at representing our interests in the Middle East, which right now consist of leaving for the most part.

Stop treating Donald Trump like he has to be the chief diplomat.

He does not.

Send somebody else and lock Steve Witkoff up while weโ€™re at it.
