I’ve experienced a lot of anonymous accounts on social media attempt to argue with me about the awesome power of Stephen Miller. This is so odd. His job title(s) include Deputy Chief of Staff, and Senior Policy Advisor.
While Donald Trump has done a number on people by toying with job titles and descriptions or bending terminology, there is still an actual structure of accountability and liability in the law. In other words, if these people are ever going to be held accountable, the public needs to know who they are and what they are responsible for. Regardless of whether or not Donald Trump has people doing jobs that they’re not supposed to do, in the context of a future lawsuit, victims need to know this.
So this article is about much more than just exposing Stephen Miller is a RINO.
This is about justice.
Stephen Miller Is A Mouthpiece, Not A Pen
Apparently Stephen Miller is a protege of Larry Elder, a black conservative radio host from Los Angeles. Miller also being from California, somehow or another he ended up on Elder’s show a hilarious (69) times according to his Wikipedia page. He was reportedly a class clown who made racist jokes occasionally. The Wikipedia story continues, telling of his woes of moving from ultra-wealthy, to upper middle-class when his father faced minor financial problems. This brattiness was woven into the fabric of his annoying personality, which for some reason we have all been forced to deal with. The true irony, is that it is a series of PR stories that manufactured this illusion Stephen Miller is some kind of master manipulator.
This barrage of fake new about Stephen Miller is so irksome I beg for it to stop. It requires a group of fake opposition from anonymous online accounts that prop up this narrative as well. I’ve encountered it. More self avowed leftists claim that Stephen Miller is so evil and awful, like the second coming of Goebells (ironic because Miller is a Jew) – that he is in charge – than any other source I hear talking about him.
I don’t know how to tell this to the people who claim they oppose this guy, but if you want to beat somebody rhetorically, you don’t build them up. You tear them down. And Stephen (My Daddy Isn’t Rich Enough) Miller is easy to tear down. But you have to look at reality, instead of the fantasy delusional world he has you living in.
Honestly, some of you have just been straight up brainwashed.
You think you’re not “in MAGA.”
But if you think Stephen Miller is powerful – you are absolutely as MAGA as they come.
Victims of ICE Should Sue Todd Lyons, Kristi Noem, Donald Trump, and Others
But not Stephen Miller.
I’m not tell you that victims of ICE shouldn’t sue Stephen Miller to protect him.
I’m telling you that Stephen Miller exists in this administration to distract you from the people who can be held accountable. Because, Stephen Miller may advise the President on whatever he likes. But Stephen Miller’s signature does not authorize anything. The Director of ICE, Todd Lyons? His signature authorizes things.
The Secretary of DHS, Kristi Noem? Her signature authorizes things.
The only thing Stephen Miller’s signature authorizes is his checking account.
Donald Trump has sown intentional confusion around who is ultimately culpable for wrongdoing, including with himself. Stephen Miller willingly plays this role. It puts him in a position to be actually untouchable. But he is not untouchable. He is only appearing that way. Let me play out a scenario and see what I’m talking about.
Imagine A Worst Case Scenario
Imagine you are a 9th generation American. Natural born citizen. Hanging out somewhere in Los Angeles. An ICE raid comes through and arrests you. Whisks you away. Your family has no idea you’re gone for days. You are improperly transferred to a California state prison, where Gavin Newsom has agreed to hand you over to ICE for deportation. They assume you are Mexican and prepare to send you back there in a number of weeks.
With no access to lawfully required legal representation, your family still doesn’t know where you are. You are locked up, afraid, without due process. Worse than that, on the outside, journalists are talking about Stephen Miller like some kind of soap opera villain, when he has no authority to do anything to you or for you. His views on immigration are not relevant. Only who authorized the decisions that led to you being in this position.
This Is How It Would Play Out
Your family figures something happened to you, and somehow through a miracle, they get you back.
You want to sue the government for civil rights abuses.
Since everybody in the media talks about Stephen Miller like he’s in charge of ICE raids, you try to sue him.
You vs. Stephen Miller, ICE, etc.
It takes a long time to get on a court docket, but eventually you have a hearing.
The judge takes one look at the credentials the government provides that demonstrates it is actually Secretary Noem, ICE Directo Lyons, and other officers of ICE who are guilty of the mistreatment. Your case gets thrown out and you just wasted a lot of time and money.
Also, the circumstances that led to this situation are continuing in part, because the public and the press continue to treat Stephen Miller as if he is a much more important figure than he really is.
The best way to get rid of Stephen Miller, is to remind Republicans that Stephen Miller is a RINO, and have the rest of us forget about him.
The Only Thing Stephen Miller Runs Are Errands
While most people focus on the idea that Stephen Miller is a mastermind of the White House, that is a Trump narrative. It shields him from liability. It helps shield Kristi Noem and Todd Lyons from liability as well. Know that. And know that that is it. It is the only reason he is there. His other job title (not policy advisor) is deputy chief of staff. He works for Susie Wiles, Donald Trump’s chief of staff. He is an errand boy. Coffee grabber. He gets to get on camera and talk trash, but he doesn’t make any decisions.
Stories of him yelling at people trying to get things done is just deflection.
Heresay, also. Nothing that could be used to sue him for damages.
And make no mistake, that’s all that matters.
Everything else is kayfabe or storytelling.
If you are caught up in telling fairy tales about his feygele, you are the problem.

Buried underneath everything, is the real story. Terry Moran’s contract was up. It was not renewed. He is likely to go the Tucker Carlson route or something, and there is no telling as to whether or not he is already on contract. This is a classic tactic to market somebody as being available, while looking like they are heroic. His interview with Trump was really light work, in contrast to Tucker Carlson’s dismantling of Ted Cruz, for example. Yet, the public is so easily bought off with these gossip trash rag type stories.
Stephen Miller has 0 power within the White House.
Donald Trump has 0 influence at Disney.
If you think otherwise, you need to grow up.
Gavin Newsom Is A Fake Fighter
For the last several weeks, mostly on social media, California governor Gavin Newsom has been having a cat fight with Stephen Miller. The same line of fake attack, claiming that Donald Trump is not really in charge but instead it’s Stephen Miller – is employed here.
If you just like to watch for amusement, this isn’t even entertaining.
Neither of these guys are believable, and social media sniping isn’t tough.
Gavin Newsom famously challenged Tom Homan to arrest him.
Tom Homan is also not in charge at ICE. Tom Homan does not even work for ICE. His role is held within the White House. However, the Secretary of DHS Kristi Noem is in charge of DHS, and Todd Lyons is in charge of ICE. Not Tom Homan. Not Stephen Miller.
Stephen Miller is a glorified secondary press secretary.
Yet Gavin Newsom wastes his time and resources fake fighting with Stephen Miller. Why?
Because they both get political points for it, even though there is no negative consequences for either. In fact it does damage to victims in California and other places who think that Stephen Miller is who you should take your complaints to. Said another way, Gavin Newsom is causing dangerous misdirection which will lead to complaints of victims getting thrown out due to being misaligned.
Gavin Newsom is doing that intentionally.
He is with Trump. Not California.
Headlines Like “Trump Demoted; Stephen Miller In Charge” Are Too Dumb To Even Respond To
In the America’s Voice article in the link above, it is again Gavin Newsom lending credibility to this propaganda.
Newsom’s Twitter post said “Looks like Stephen Miller is the boss, after all. Trump got big footed by his own staff. Pathetic.”
In another piece from a week or so ago, in Daily Beast, they say, “Gavin Newsom Seeks ‘Sanctuary’ From Stephen Miller’s ‘Stupidity’.”
Beyond being so childish I cannot believe adults are writing and reading and talking about these things seriously, it also makes no sense.
Think about it.
Stephen Miller works for Susie Wiles, Donald Trump’s chief of staff. So what, do people actually think that somehow or another Susie Wiles is capable of superseding the President, but chose to instead anoint Stephen Miller the role of President of the United States? This is dumber than Qanon.
Donald Trump demoted himself and somehow Stephen Miller overtook him?
That means Stephen Miller is secretly working directly with Netanyahu on Iran. Or people think that only with respect to DHS has Stephen Miller assumed Presidential control. This sounds like science fiction and not only because Stephen Miller looks like a Martian’s asshole.
How Is Stephen Miller A RINO?
Fundamentally, a Republican respects the value of states’ rights. A policy that strips cities and states of their rights to enforce law, is an absolutely federalist Democratic mindset. That is what Gavin Newsom is ushering in in the state of California with Trump’s help. That’s why Stephen Miller is a RINO. He holds Democratic views that are core to his personality and persona, and he is working with a Democrat to fake opposition. Keep in mind that Donald Trump was a Democrat for most of his life.
Donald Trump is connected to a lot of RINO’s.
Keep in mind, if Gavin Newsom is pretending to oppose Trump but is secretly working with him (he is) that means Gavin Newsom is a DINO.
It’s weird.
In America sometimes things are like a Bizarro World or it’s like these politicians live like it’s opposite day.
If You Want To Take Out Stephen Miller, Here’s What You Do…
Stephen Miller is not in charge of DHS/ICE. But there are plenty of news reports and him on camera making claims that he is. There are enough government officials like Gavin Newsom lending credence to this idea that any reasonable jury would agree that a victim thought it was true. They are playing with reality to such a degree people are convinced that ICE and all of DHS policy is being authorized by Stephen Miller.
That is a fraud. There are many different underlying frauds and swindles involved in this, that Donald Trump is ultimately accountable for. However, Stephen Miller is benefiting in an unjust way from this association. It advances his political career, just as it does with Gavin Newsom who is aiding and abetting.
So anybody that has been injured by ICE could sue Stephen Miller for the damage of impersonating an official.
District Attorneys Should Protect People From Stephen Miller By Slapping Him Around
DA’s from cities like Los Angeles, New York, or other places that ICE has been wreaking havoc could file their own versions of charges. The law could crack down on him so hard you’ll watch him flip like a pancake. Within an hour of him catching wind that there was a lawsuit alleging he was impersonating a Secretary of the federal government – and if anybody was taking orders from him causing damage – he could go to jail for real.
Again, he is a low-level liar opportunist, not a mastermind.
So think about the resources of an opposition and how much it’s worth to go after this guy instead of just having the upper echelon of this scheme get taken apart.
Look at the crimes he would be committing, like defrauding the public into thinking he was a cabinet-confirmed position like a Secretary. He is not. He would never make it through confirmation. That is why he is a low-level, with no trust, and a stage. The guy is still just an annoying kid at the lunch table whining about how he should be richer than he is. Nothing he says is important. He doesn’t control Trump or anybody else either.
Charge Stephen Miller With Impersonating A Government Official
If he were charged with something of this nature, it would expose the systemic corruption of Trump’s administrative organization. This would showcase how he is obfuscating responsibility and therefore making accountability impossible. In the context of certain policies, this would be bad. But in the context of these kidnappings and disappearances, it is God awful. We need to change first how government officials are relating to people like Stephen Miller, Tom Homan, and even Gavin Newsom for being too dumb or corrupt to go along with those stunts. There is a lot of funny business going on in the Trump White House.
We have to stop it.
But we have to be smart.
And focusing on Stephen Miller or branding him as some kind of big time figure, is the work of YA authors.
