Pam Bondi Cannot Release the Epstein Files

When I say Pam Bondi cannot release the Epstein files, I’m not saying that because she shouldn’t. I’m not saying that because it’s impossible for her to – if you agree we all know what words means – but that’s not how the Trump administration does things. As I’ve done many times before, I will break down the phrase “release the Epstein Files” and point out all the rhetorical problems with framing things this way. Then I will insult you for insulting my intelligence and contributing to censoring me. You aren’t reading this, so you won’t know that consciously. Similarly to how you are being brainwashed by Pam Bondi and the Trump administration to bury the Epstein case. Pay attention.

The Word “Files” Is Misleading For Many Reasons

I think that similarly to the concept of a “client list” looking like a black book with detailed information about victims and/or perpetrators (as there might be in a poorly made Netflix movie) – the public imagines a brown folio with brass fasteners and a bunch of papers in it with the name “Epstein” on the outside. They think that inside a box or number of boxes, there are files like this that have detailed information about celebrities or politicians who could easily be identified by blackmail material. At the end of the day, though, the word files has become misleading to people in this way.

Moreover, if you’ve never filed a complaint with the government before, you might not think about the nuance of how they describe them. They have case numbers, usually. A series of numbers and/or letters. Things might be referred to casually around DoJ or FBI as “The Epstein Case,” for example. Not “The Epstein Files.” If you were in the DoJ talking to Pam Bondi, asking her about it, you would ask her, “Is that the Epstein case over there?” Not, “Is that the Epstein file over there?”

Also, Jeffrey Epstein was prosecuted in New York and Florida.

Who Has “The Files” Then?

The U.S. Attorneys in those districts would have files, in their case(s) on Epstein.

Any civil cases against him related to the sexual assaults, would be part of the overall criminal picture of the man. But those cases are not integrated anywhere. Even between the two states he was prosecuted in, they may or may not have shared information. Just because they both work for the Department of Justice does not necessarily mean they share everything and therefore Pam Bondi might literally have 0 files related to Epstein at the DoJ.

In D.C. they may literally not have much on Epstein at all.

Similarly, whatever Kash Patel has at the FBI might be relatively limited and/or nonexistent.

You Could Get Yourself An Epstein Case If You Wanted To

Most people in the public have never sought justice like I have. Same goes for the podcast bros or gals. Sadly, even a lot of elected officials never really do much about the things they campaign on. Bernie Sanders famously has only authored (3) bills that ever passed, and (2) of them were for naming Post Offices. These people claim to speak for you. They tell you they’ll take care of things that are important to you. They share the same complaints you have about government even though they are in it. That’s why none of them have told you that you could get yourself an Epstein case if you wanted.

How? Take all that clear and obvious evidence you have been obsessing about over the last 5+ years and file a complaint with the FBI. Submit it to them. What will happen is you’ll get a case # back. They probably won’t update you about it but that will now be your case #. With an attorney and a court case later, you could follow up on it citing your case number.

Without that? What the hell “file” do you think they are going to “release?”

The answer is you never thought about it this way and any answer you have is a defense mechanism.

Government Complaint Portals Are Underutilized By the Public

You could say, “That’s not how it works!” But it is. That’s exactly how it works.

You might think, “I wasn’t an Epstein victim, so I can’t submit evidence.” False.

That’s why anonymous tip lines exist. So you could witness a crime happening to another person, report it, and submit any evidence you have. Those pictures of Donald Trump with Epstein? Might not be in any file anywhere. You might find that hard to believe because it’s *everywhere* online. Yeah, but that’s not how the law works. That’s not how investigations work either. Content from the internet is not automatically calculated or entered into a case the government is working on even if it is good enough to rot your brain over it.

A lot of people who have shouted about Epstein for years (including journalists or chiefs of staff in Congress or podcasters like Bongino and Patel who were so certain before) have the right to do what I’m saying.

Everybody does.

They just won’t.

Because your concern is fake.

How There Could Actually Be No “Epstein Files”

Similarly to the concept of cases vs. files, whose files (or cases) are they?

The cases could be said to *belong* to either the agency, or the filer i.e. the complainant. The victims have cases/files. The perpetrators are obviously a subject of those cases. Again, linguistically and rhetorically, we all know what it means to refer to files about a criminal. But on a technical basis, the “Epstein Files” would actually be a collection of cases from around the country/world related to Epstein’s criminal conspiracy and civil infractions. Those exist in multiple states, as well as the Virgin Islands (where a case is still ongoing against Epstein’s estate).

Virginia Giuffre had cases, and therefore files.

The victims fund case(s) have files.

But, these don’t belong to Epstein.

They are not his files.

If you want to catch predators who use loop holes to get away with things, you have to be able to think on their terms, even if you don’t speak or act on their terms.

What “The List” Could Actually Be

While podcasters and politicians are clamoring for attention screaming about Jeffrey Epstein’s client list, similarly to the files, many are now admitting this list wouldn’t be as cut & dry. If you live in a world where the government is all powerful, and you need their information to make decisions, you would miss what I’m about to tell you. “The list” that people refer to about Epstein, is the inferred list of people that they think Epstein trafficked children to.

However, there are a lot of problems attempting to reconstruct what that list might be given how complex Epstein’s financial system was, and how long ago these events occurred. Who Epstein associated with has become something of a mystery, even though many of the names are publicly known and openly so.

On the other hand, you could look for yourself to try to find a list related to Epstein and clients.

Epstein’s Crimes Are OpenSecrets

Like this one from OpenSecrets.

This is Jeffrey Epstein’s list of political donations. You must be careful to note that there is at least (1) other Jeffrey Epstein on this list but he is distinguishable because the Occupation denotes him as a Physician. Jeffrey E. Epstein, from Financial Trust Co. Inc./Consultant and other lines, though, are the Jeffrey Epstein in question here.

The most common recipient?

None other than

Charles E. Schumer, the very despised U.S. Senator from New York.

Schumer was at one time very briefly back in 2019, questioned about his connections. He donated some amount of money to some cause related, and swept it under the rug. Recently, Schumer has made comments about Epstein to the degree that he thinks the files should be released or whatever has become a popular point of view. Sure, Donald Trump has been photographed with Epstein many times. There were reports they called each other a “friend.” But Schumer?

Yes, Bill Clinton is on this list as well.

Though many of the people on this list are no longer in office or public life (or alive) – this would be an easy list to track down and see – what financial transactions exist between Epstein and those like Schumer.

The Word “Release” In Legal Context Does Not Mean What You Think It Does

Thousands or millions of people in America are posting online, or saying out loud, “release the Epstein Files.” Their meaning is of course well understood. They mean that they want to see, have access to, and get information about what the federal government in the FBI & DoJ in D.C. know about Jeffrey Epstein and his potential child sex trafficking customers. I know what they mean when they say they want the files released.

Pam Bondi and the President of the United States know what people mean as well. But the reason why they are not doing what some people in the public are asking for, in part, is the fault of the people asking for it. Because, you do not want the government to release anything related to Epstein.

In the law, a release occurs when rights are given up.

Signing a media release, gives up your right to claim on the content that was taken of you. Releasing somebody from liability means you no longer hold them responsible. People get released from custody or prison. You can be on work release from incarceration. Sure, the word release implies disclosure. However, this administration, like many other governments, use these semantic differences – especially in regards to the law and culpability – to stonewall and obfuscate truth.

So, you do not want Pam Bondi or anybody else to release the files that have pertinent information related to Epstein.

Perhaps more importantly, Pam Bondi cannot release anybody from anything related to Epstein.

What People Mean To Demand Is “Produce”

The demand is not for Pam Bondi to release i.e. give up rights, related to “the files.”

The demand is for Pam Bondi (or whomever) to produce something. People do not want files released – they want those files produced, for consumption. However, that also is not specifically up to Pam Bondi.

The Current Status of Justice For Epstein’s Victims

You reading this, were almost certainly not one of Jeffrey Edward Epstein’s sexual abuse victims. So, as far as your relationship to this case, this man, and justice, you are currently whole. That is the purpose of the justice system, as imperfect or flawed and unfair as it may be. If you were a victim of Jeffrey Epstein’s, at one time, there was a fund set up for you. Many girls/women received restitution from that fund.

Both Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan settled with victims, for their part in facilitating or enabling Epstein’s criminal conduct. Over 150 victims have been qualified and paid from those facilities over the last 5 years or so. They have received some level of justice. Though other victims exist, and they may never be made whole – or even close – there has been some actual conclusion and completion through that process.

One of the most publicly known victims was named Virginia Giuffre. She was a pioneer in exposing this, including at least (1) alleged customer of Epstein’s, Prince Andrew. Andrew settled with Giuffre, without admitting wrongdoing. She died by suicide earlier this year, months before the recent media storm surrounding this recent coverup.

Jane Does Deserve Justice, Too

A lesser known case of (12) Jane Does, in New York, were in the process of suing the FBI for failing to protect them, back in January of this year. Their case stalled out, when the judge denied their motion to proceed anonymously. That means that despite the claims from podcasters like Andrew Schulz, and plenty of others, that the FBI should *protect the anonymity of the victims* while “releasing the Epstein Files,” the actual remaining victims have been told they cannot proceed anonymously BECAUSE the case is viewed as being too important to the public.

In other words, if podcasters, pundits, and politicians would shut the hell up about this case and admit they have no actual interest in it, these victims might be able to proceed with their case against the FBI for failing to protect them. It is darkly ironic, that lots of loud mouth people are claiming to be standing up for victims rights, while actually trampling on their ability to get justice in the process. What a deeply disturbing, and sickly ironic state of affairs.

Release Yourself From Pretense

You (probably) don’t care about Epstein, his victims, or the case.

Even if you’re like Saager Enjeti or Darryl Cooper who have become fake experts on the topic, claiming to know all the details of Epstein’s life and rise and fall; it’s just a piece of content to them. Dan Bongino never knew anything significant about the case. He had no inside information. He was lying. Kash Patel has also been making these outrageous claims like he knew what was going on or who/where the files were. These people claimed they knew what was in these so-called files.

Meanwhile, real law enforcement did actual investigations into Epstein to stop him. Actual U.S. Attorneys prosecuted Epstein. Legitimate victims plaintiff law firms represented hundreds of people, and hundreds of millions of dollars have been paid out in damages. Yet you are somehow dissatisfied with this because you demand knowledge of or access to things that may or may not exist and if they did exist they have nothing to do with you. You have no lawful right to case information about crimes that weren’t committed on you, and the entitlement of my fellow Americans on this is shameful.

Shameful because the virtue signaling from the right-wing ecosystem caused this mess of confusion in the first place, and now left-wing hacks like Ro Khanna are pretending this is a big issue for them.

Be Part of the Solution, Or Prepare To Face Me

If you want to track down any remaining associates of Epstein’s who are probably up to no good, go knock of Chuck Schumer’s door and ask him for his “Epstein Files” full of receipts from the money he received from Epstein. Maybe Schumer never received any sexual favors from young girls in the servitude of Jeffrey Epstein. But instead of questioning him about what he knows (even about what Schumer knows about Epstein & Trump) a bunch of civilians are running around yelling about releasing files they know nothing about which is pushing the opposite agenda they claim to want.

Any living co-conspirators of Epsteins deserve punishment. Any other victims deserve justice.

You deserve to be put in your place, to shut your mouth, and to do the hard work it takes to actually be able to contribute to stopping horrible crimes like this. Because the Alexander brothers in New York were just indicted in December last year for raping 40+ girls, for a period of ~20 years, and these guys are young men. Not old men like Trump is or Epstein was turning into. Those Alexander guys are flying below the radar, living in the shadow of Jeffrey Epstein. That’s because people like you won’t stop yapping about things you really don’t understand.

Get Out of My Way

Sure, this is America, a free country, where you can speak your wrong opinion wherever you want.

But if you make your living doing that, I’m going to come after you and shut you up.

Because I’ve fought against actual human trafficking, child abuse, and financial frauds. It isn’t easy. For me so far it’s been a thankless job, as well. I’ve been harassed, assaulted, SWAT’d, sued, evicted, censored, defamed, alienated, and nearly disappeared – for my political beliefs and protests – including against the richest people in the world taking advantage of children. I am not just an opinionated bullshit artist with a microphone, and my campaigns against these types of people work. What I’m saying is, if you are clogging the media up with your nonsensical bullshit, I’m going to stop you now.
