The People Are The Permanent Government

There Is No Government In America Other Than The People

I am the government. You are the government too. The People are the permanent government of the United States of America. Not any President alone. Nor is the Congress the government either. Mayors, governors, city council members and other organized governing bodies – are all made up of the people – and that is where they derive their power. Sadly, in our country today, too many people idolize these offices. The Oval Office is just a fancy – small – conference room. A lot of things have happened there, sure. Important meetings. Big names. But at the end of the day, it’s just a room in a building.

One of the reasons people don’t understand me or what I’ve been doing the last few years, is because Americans have become immune to reason, and allergic to the truth. The entire nation at this point has ceased to comprehend what their accountability is. Perhaps the English-American language needs to adopt new language to describe the difference between those who are in an elected office, hired position, or government contractor role(s) – compared to the rest of us – who are still liable for the direction of the country.

I Am The Government, Whether You Like It Or Not

I have taken responsibility for being a citizen, and view all the individuals in government as on par with me. We are the same from the perspective of being the people. They hold an office that was elected. I am a civic commander no matter who occupies offices in formal government. That is my right, duty, and obligation as an American who is of able-body and mind.

If you cannot say the same, or will not do the same, you must sit down (metaphorically speaking) at this time. Admit your shortcomings. But unlike Senator Booker, do better than your shortcomings. Unfortunately for The People, Senator Booker (who I call Corny Booknerd) like all of his colleagues in the United States Congress are frauds. They pretend to hold beliefs they do not vote for or sacrifice their own comfort to fight for. That is what The People must do though. He (and others like him) pretend they represent The People. They do not. I do.

There Is No “Deep State” Outside Your Mind

The term “deep state” has become so widely used, its current interpretation so pervasive, that even New York City mayor Eric Adams (on the Flagrant podcast) acted as if he believes there is a “permanent government.”

Following the progression of this concept (briefly) will help underscore my point.

British spy novelist John le CarrΓ© may not have coined the phrase “deep state” itself, but he popularized it originally. Though John le CarrΓ© reportedly served in British intelligence, his books present the “deep state” occurs in a fictional context. He describes an array of roles, positions, and components of this supposed deep state that act as government regardless of whomever occupies the highest leadership positions in the land.

Perhaps a fan of John le CarrΓ©, Congressional staffer Mike Lofgren wrote a book called “The Deep State: The Fall of the Constitution and the Rise of a Shadow Government” in 2016.

A man who never held elected office, wrote a book based on a concept from a fiction author, who once worked for intelligence agencies in England – in the 60’s – and this is the origin of the myth as we know it.

The Deep State Has Become Inverted, Perverted, and Subverted

Ironically, in those days, Lofgren referred to a lot of people as the deep state who have since become the most vocal preachers of the message. Lofgren identified the “unelected bureaucrats” – of which he is one – as part of this deep state.

But he also identified, specifically, Silicon Valley – as an epicenter of some of the most corrupt influence in Washington D.C. so people like Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, and Marc Andreessen would be absolutely deep state. Vivek Ramaswamy, another guy who has adopted this language, is absolutely the kind of person that Lofgren warned against. His message, which already was sloppily presented from years of ignorance and lack of experience outside of supporting a Congress person in their role – became co-opted – and turned against The People who bought into the narrative.

I have never worked in formal government at all.

But I have accomplished more than any Congress person in the last (5) years combined; on my own.

If Washington D.C. Fell, The People Would Remain

Right now, Donald John Trump is being regarded as a dictator because he continues to federalize local and state level law enforcement agencies. There are hysterical media personalities right now (on both sides of the aisle) acting like D.C. is being fought over right now, by lawless forces. On “the right,” they think it’s cartels from Mexico. Charlie Kirk and others in the right-wing media ecosystem literally promote the emergency order Trump signed essentially declaring war on them.

On “the left,” they are acting like this is a lawless overthrow of a local government. So far (as of the writing of this) nothing violent has occurred. It’s possible that this is covering up an actual threat. More likely some kind of negotiating tactic between Trump and Congress/D.C. But it’s hard to know. What it is not, is the downfall of our democracy.

If Trump were to take over D.C. it would not be the end of democracy.

There have been headlines claiming Trump is fighting “with democracy.”

In reality, what I do is fight with democracy. Trump is fighting against democracy. I fight, using democracy. The democratic principle that I operate under is that I am self-governed, and have the authority to govern if and how I so choose; so long as I follow the law and honor the constitution.

The capitol city of our country is immaterial.

Take Your Place In Government Today

Since I began highlighting the obvious collusive elements between Democrats and Republicans across the country, they have attempted to silence my movement by pretending to fight over gerrymandering in major states like Texas, California, New York, Florida, and Illinois.

One of the darkly comedic aspects of this is the fact that Trump is polling lower than ever before. Republicans are polling lower than him. Democrats are at historic lows. Yet these (2) parties still have the media might and legislative power to unilaterally decide they are going to punish us all by forcing whole states to be governed by one or the other of these horrible organizations.

If you’re a Democrat in California today, you may think it’s a great idea to allow Gavin Newsom and his band of brothers and sisters in the legislature to essentially eradicate Republicans from the state.

However, you will soon learn that these parties are actually not technically at odds – yet – because they are financially incentivized by one another.

Your pet issues will get ignored at some point, and you will have no other political support in your entire state.

Learn how to leverage the official government and other aspects of society instead of relying on elected officials.

Seats For Thee But Not For Me

As states prepare to draw ridiculous lines in the metaphorical ground, and racially motivated arguments get made about what it all means, look at what the results might be.

The fundamental is that Texas is attempting to gain (5) seats in the House. California wants (5) or more. New York, doing the same kind of thing. It’s about adding Congressional seats. More representation for their state. Less representation for individuals. They get more power. You think you get less. They make you think you have more. It’s a brilliant strategy in some ways. But ultimately very sinister.

Also, look at the states who are leading the charge on this: the ones with the biggest populations and electoral college votes.

Regardless of how it goes, this is also going to keep disenfranchising smaller states at the federal level of representation.

Rhode Island can redistrict all they want, but they are unlikely to be able to get themselves (50) seats, for example.

Yet, plenty of The People (who are unfortunately members of these corrupt parties) are joining in the chorus.

The People have been begging for help (from Democrats especially) to keep their SNAP benefits, Medicaid, and other entitlement programs they rely on.

The official government representatives have told them they have to wait (2) years and give up more representative authority. That is embarrassing.

Elections Are Only (1) Tool In Your Democratic Toolbox

Throughout my entire life I’ve had people get upset with me about refusing to vote in representative democratic elections. As a youth, I was impacted by my grandparents educating me about the similarities of the two parties. Over the last few years, I’ve had a lot of direct experiences with both parties, and had them retaliate against me in different fashions, to similar effect.

Voting for people in these parties, when they do not represent me, is foolish.

For those people whose interests are basic, or for those without an interest in responsible self-governance, elections are designed to limit the number of people in positions of certain power.

However, in no way does that limit what you can do to impact things.

Grab Powers That You Can Define, If They Don’t Already Exist Yet

The 9th & 10th amendment grants all powers not delegated to the states, to the people.

These amendments are not often cited, and no elected officials will ever mention them. Why would they?

You vote for a candidate. They win. Do you stop there? Or do you work to make sure they carry out the agenda you voted for? You vote for a candidate. They lose. Do you stop there? Or do you try to force their hand to do what you want them to?

Most people who criticize me for not voting tell me I have no reason to complain.

Wrong. You have a right to complain about politicians in America whether or not you voted for them, and certainly whether or not you voted at all. The thing I see in terms of complaints, is that Americans generally don’t know the meaning of the word as it pertains to first amendment protest.

A “complaint,” meaning a grievance, is something you have a right to express regardless of what you choose to do about it.

But, a complaint, in a formal governmental agency, is something that they must take some action on.

“The Courts” Are A Passive Branch of Government, and You Must Understand What That Means

After talking with a friend of mine who works at a big bank in New York, he told me “the courts will” essentially stop Trump. Or, he was betting that, at least. However, this presents the immature view that even fully grown adults rhetorically play into. The courts do not do anything on their own. They are a public utility, in a certain sense, which is why they need to be reformed so they are more accessible to poor people or those who wish to represent themselves in more cases.

The people who push this notion that our court system in America is somehow universally corrupt, and under the direction of Donald Trump, are the kind of brainwashed rubes or elitist retards who believe in a “deep state” controlling everything.

If you think it through, the “unelected bureaucrats” are the kinds of people who read and respond to emails sent via government agency complaint portal. You may think that you only receive automated emails from those such agencies but a lot of them still provide you a case number. That case number, if you have legal presence or authority, is what you will essentially build up, to achieve a result via the courts system which is a branch of government if you forgot.

It is a branch that gets influenced by the executive branch of the federal government, but also they are impacted by local elections in certain cases, legal precedent from all over the country, and also legislatures including the U.S. Congress. So to think that somehow or another Donald John Trump has figured out a way to be invincible in a court room, is simply insane.

Stop Being A Bitch, You Cowardly Lapdogs

The difference between a bitch (a person who complains without any risk or impact) talking about the courts and how Donald Trump is abusing them, and me – is the fact that I have produced multiple legal argument that have devastated the Trump team’s goals – like in the case of how I un-transformed the DHS slave trade policy. You can read about that here: The Emancipation of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.

In NATO Summit and The Palestinian People vs Barron Trump, I put forth the argument that Palestinians needed to find their way into a court in their own jurisdiction, to sue people like Steve Witkoff – who lacks sovereign immunity – and then merchandise that in other courts in the region; including against Barron Trump personally, given he is an officer of World Liberty Financial.

Long story short: The People have access to the courts, but most people are afraid to fight there.

In the original American Revolution, people were forced to defend their rights against the British army.

Today, Americans need to gear up to go to court, and learn how to communicate online better.

Grow up…

You Are The Government, Whether We Like It Or Not

One of the biggest challenges I face with my writing is that the Flesch “reading ease” score is too high. That means it is too hard to read for most people. That doesn’t mean it’s bad writing. Quite the contrary. It means that my writing is so good, most of you are simply too dumb to understand it. That is why you steal it, co-opt it, and discredit me in the process.

That is why my ideas do not come to fruition, and it is why our country continues to decline.

This is the reason Donald Trump remains President.

It is the reason both parties are screwing you over.

I am the leader you need.

Stop Following Me, Start By Acknowledging Me

But I am not interested in followers. I will not be your guru. My purpose is to lead. Your purpose is to open doors, and your wallets, to enable me to live an easier life. The things I’ve been subjected to are uncivil. Do not let it continue. I am capable of doing all the things you say you want your government to do. You just haven’t recognized me because I’m only (1) person and you have never seen The People do anything meaningful in your lifetime.

That’s because this era is about recognizing a failsafe that was not regarded in the time of the drafting of the Constitution. The founding fathers never could have imagined that only (1) person would remain who did not submit fealty to a monarchical individual, and they certainly would not have conceived of a multi-family dynastic system of rule.

I do not like that you are part of my government.

Because you are lazy, entitled, and spiteful.

You have no capacity for diplomacy.

Foreign nations hate people like you.

We are only safe because of me.

I have shown the world that there is (1) American worth saving.

The rest of you are the reasons we are in this mess.

The way you join me is to get out of my way.

So join me, and shut the hell up already.
